- Research and extract data from Oracle data warehouse and Microsoft SQL Server using advanced SQL techniques
- Support enterprise scale data pipelines, data marts, and reporting solutions of high volume regulatory, operational, and financial analytics
- Assign and track Business Intelligence Team tasks using Smartsheet
- Translate business requirements into technical ETL specifications
- Perform GAP analysis on healthcare specification documents
- Set quality standards and validate accuracy of team activities according to quality control procedures
- Test work product produced by BI developers prior to release to the business
- Create and maintain detailed instructions, process documentation, and manuals
- Mentor junior IT department analysts to improve co-worker technical analysis skill sets
- Serve as an end-to-end business domain expert
- Partner with management on complex solutions to improve overall data quality and integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders and decision makers to gather requirements for development projects
- Test and perform quality assurance tasks
- Keep abreast of regulatory requirements, techniques, and technologies related to the healthcare payer and APCD’s
- Work with BI developers, IT teams and project managers to implement business requests and requirements
